Shipping & Returns

Your order will be shipped safely and free of charge. For orders within the European Union, VAT is already included in the price – there are no additional costs for you. For deliveries to the United States, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, additional import fees or taxes may apply; these are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Our watches are carefully checked and shipped from Austria. The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, starting from the receipt of the order confirmation by email.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your watch’s journey at all times.

As required by law, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. It is sufficient to notify us informally within this period – for example, by email at info@viiswatch.com. Alternatively, you can use the contact form below.

After exercising your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the goods to us. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please package the watch carefully – ideally in its original packaging. You may inspect and try on the watch as you would in a store, but please handle it with care and avoid excessive use.

For returns from non-EU countries (e.g., the USA, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom), the customer is responsible for both the return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees. Unfortunately, any customs duties or import taxes already paid cannot be refunded by us; reimbursement must be requested directly from the relevant customs office if applicable.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price of the ordered goods as well as the shipping costs of the standard delivery method we offer. If you have chosen a different shipping method, any additional costs may be deducted from the refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds will be made within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. As a rule, we will use the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. No fees will be charged to you for the refund.

However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide proof of their return, whichever occurs first.
