Payment Terms

All payments are processed in Euro. Any exchange rate differences or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

For all orders within the European Union, Value Added Tax (VAT) is already included in the stated price. There are no additional tax costs for you.

The purchase price is due immediately upon completion of the order. Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully completed.

We use secure and encrypted payment systems to protect your data. All transactions are processed through encrypted SSL connections to ensure the highest security standards.

Once the payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email, including all the details of your order and a link to the invoice.

If payment processing is unsuccessful, the order will be cancelled or held until the issue is resolved.

In the event of a return or cancellation, the refund will be transferred to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected. If the inspection is successful, we will refund the purchase amount within 10 working days.
