That’s why we offer you a voluntary 24-Month Warranty from receipt of the goods, in addition to your statutory warranty rights. This warranty applies to all VIIS watches and covers material and manufacturing defects that occur despite proper use and limit the functionality of your watch.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of care, accidents, negligence, or failure to follow our instructions. Normal signs of wear such as scratches or wear on the case, strap, or glass, as well as damage caused by repairs or modifications carried out by third parties, are also excluded from this warranty.

No warranty is provided for damage resulting from the following causes:

  • Use in the context of a commercial or self-employed professional activity
  • Improper care or misuse
  • External impact of any kind (e.g. damage caused by shock or impact)
  • Use of third-party parts or accessories
  • Use of components not installed or integrated into the product by us
  • Environmental influences (e.g. heat, humidity, etc.) and force majeure

This warranty is valid in all member states of the European Union.

Making a claim under this warranty does not affect your statutory warranty rights, which exist independently of this warranty and are free of charge. If the purchased item is defective, you may always contact us under the statutory warranty – regardless of whether a warranty case exists or whether you make use of the warranty.

If a warranty case arises during the warranty period, you will not incur any costs for the warranty service. In particular, we will cover the costs of repairs and/or replacement parts necessary to restore the functionality of the product(s). In a legitimate warranty case, we will also cover the shipping costs – both for returning your watch to us and for sending it back to you.

If you have a warranty claim, the process is very simple:
  1. Contact us: In the event of a warranty claim, please email us at info@viiswatch.com with a brief description of the issue. Be sure to include clear photos of the watch and the damage, as well as your order number or a copy of your proof of purchase.
  2. Initial assessment: Our service team will carefully review your case and get back to you promptly with the next steps. Depending on your place of residence, we will inform you whether to send your watch to us or to an authorized service partner.
  3. Shipping: Please send the product to the address provided and ensure that it is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport. Please include the VIIS warranty card or proof of purchase with your shipment.
  4. Warranty service: After inspection, in the event of a warranty claim, either a free repair or replacement of your watch will be carried out. As the warranty provider, we decide on the type of defect remedy. You can rely on a smooth and professional handling of the process.

Additional Provisions

The specified warranty period is not extended by any warranty service performed. The warranty period also does not restart after a warranty service has been carried out. The warranty period for installed replacement parts ends with the warranty period of the entire product.

This warranty applies exclusively to consumers, i.e., natural persons who purchase the product not within the scope of a commercial or self-employed professional activity. Commercial buyers (e.g., resellers) are excluded from this warranty. The warranty is non-transferable. In the event of resale of the product - especially in the B2B sector - the warranty claim against the manufacturer expires.

The personal data provided in connection with asserting the warranty claim are collected and processed based on legal requirements and in accordance with our privacy policy.

We offer you a professional repair service. Whether it is a defect outside of the warranty or you require maintenance - we are here for you.

Here's how it works:
  1. Contact us: Contact us with a brief description of your watch. You are also welcome to send us pictures so that we can inspect them in advance.
  2. Assessment & cost estimate: Our experts will check your watch and provide you with a transparent cost estimate. You will find out exactly what work is required and what costs you will incur.
  3. Repair: Once you have given your consent, we will ensure that your watch is repaired quickly and professionally. We use modern techniques and work with great care to ensure that your watch runs perfectly again.
  4. Return shipping: Once the repair is complete, we will send your watch back to you.

In the event of a repair outside the warranty, you would be responsible for the shipping costs.
