Shipping & Returns

Your order will be shipped safely and free of charge within the mentioned countries of the European Union. The value-added tax (VAT) is already included in the price, so no additional costs will be charged to you.

Our watches are carefully checked and shipped from Austria. The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, starting from the receipt of the order confirmation by email.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your watch’s journey at all times.

As provided by law, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. It is sufficient if you inform us informally within this period - for example by e-mail to info@viiswatch.com.

After your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the watch to us. The return is free of charge for you - we will send you a return label. Please make sure to pack the watch securely, ideally in the original packaging. Of course you can look at and try on the watch - just as you would in a store. Just make sure you don't put more strain on it than necessary.

Your return shipment is completely free of charge. Simply contact us at info@viiswatch.com and we will send you a prepaid return label. You can also use the contact form below.

Once we receive and successfully inspect your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments we have received from you - including the delivery costs. The only exceptions to this are additional shipping costs that arise if you have chosen a shipping method other than our cheapest standard delivery.

The refund will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days, calculated from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will always use the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees for the refund, but we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide us with proof of the return - whichever comes first.
